The first half of the year is a gym boom with people wanting to stick to their new year’s resolutions the best they can. Along with going to the gym thousands of people everyday use gym supplements to help them along with their fitness journey.

With the rise in social, media more and more protein brands are popping up and using celebrities to help promote their products. One of europe’s most popular brands is trying to fight that by using real athletes and personal trainers to promote their products.

Starting to take supplements can be daunting to a new-be and some people maybe skeptical so the question is do these gym supplements really work?
