The Queer Space

The Queer Space

Queer artists have been present in the music industry for years. Artists like prince, bowie, king princess and Hayley kyoko have opened up the industry to queer representation but at what cost? What’s it really like being queer in the British music industry? My name is Charlie Kelly and  I spoke to two uk based queer artists, Glasgow via Moscow’s Sofya Staune owner of queer agency vaj power and bebe luna a musical artist from Somalia based In London, I spoke to them about their feelings on queerness, marginalization and queer culture and how they navigate their way in an industry which is still evolving.
